- Eyelash tweezers used for eyelash extensions is not adequately disinfected. No high-level disinfectant available at the time of the inspection. Eyelash tweezers used for eyelash extensions is considered a semi-critical device that must be disinfected with a high-level disinfectant. Obtain a high-level disinfectant and ensure the manufacturer's instructions are followed for proper disinfection of facial tools.
