After preparing the sanitizer solution, test it to confirm the correct concentration.2. wet reusable cleaning cloth must be submerged in sanitizer solution between uses.

      • The single use paper towel was observed on the side of the sink with no protection from potential contamination. - have the paper towel dispenser repaired or replaced.

      • 1) Takeaway coffee cups were being stored in the cupboard adjacent to the garbage can.*Food and related items must not be stored adjacent to garbage cans to protect from contamination.**Manager removed the cups.2) A cracked plastic scoop was in use to dispense ice from the ice machine.*Plesae ensure that all the utensils are in good condition to avoid any physical contamination to the food.**Scoop was discarded.

      • - Some dust was observed in the plastic cutlery dish rack where stainless steel cutlery was stored in the front area.*Please ensure that the cutlery rack is covered or that the cutlery is placed in cupboards to protect it from contamination.
