If using PreEmpt HLD5, buy AHP2 indicator test strips.3. Obtain a lid for the high-level disinfectant tray.4. Discard any expired disinfectants.5. Relabel the spray bottles at the pedicure stations with it's contents inside. If it's a disinfectant, label with disinfectant name, expiry date and how long surfaces must remain wet for. Keep original/bulk supply.

Label all items/bottles/containers etc. with its contents throughout the facility and ensure original/bulk-supply containers are kept on-site.2. Dirty spoons/sticks were being left in cosmetic products which may contaminate the bulk supply.
