      • One can of beets was dented at the seam, it was removed from the dry storage room during the inspection.

      • QUAT test strips were expired in 2022 or missing a legend.The sanitizer dispenser hose was stored in a pail with a brush and an unknown solution. Please ensure the hose is stored in a manner that is sanitary and away from cross contamination.

      • Handheld blender had minor dried food buildupThe "Dynamic Blender" (w/ orange base) - the jug was in poor repair. Please replace the plastic blender jug.Both the walk in cooler #4 and #5 had some minor buildup of dust on the condenser fans
