Foods (dairy products and fresh produce) were observed to be stored in a portable rental cooler placed outside of the building. Foods in the rental cooler were measured at satisfactory temperature (<4C). Nov 8: Manager/operator advised the walk-in cooler repair in progress; New walk-in cooler has been ordered but it gets delayed due to supply chain issues.
