      • Observed a used, wet cleaning cloth left on a countertop.- Manager stored the cleaning cloth in a sanitizer solution during inspection.

      • Observed two bags of mayonnaise left on a countertop without temperature control. The packaging is labeled “Keep Refrigerated. - Facility staff transferred the mayonnaise to a cooler. Corrected during the inspection.

      • The three-compartment dishwashing sink tap is leaking and appears loose. Water was noted dripping from the tap. - Please repair the tap.
