      • The QUAT sanitizer available in the kitchen's spray bottle was measured to be greater than 800 ppm at the time of the inspection.The solution was remixed during the inspection to 200 ppm according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure that the available food surface sanitizer solutions are mixed to an appropriate concentration.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No QUAT test strips were available to confirm the mixed concentration of the manually mixed QUAT sanitizer product.Ensure that mixed QUAT sanitizer concentrations are confirmed to be within the acceptable range before using on food contact surfaces.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • *Food contact surfaces were being sprayed with a Lysol product and followed with wet cloth after. -As the Lysol product is scented and product typically requires that the surface be rinsed after, advised that a bleach water solution be used to sanitize food contact surfaces.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • -Observed personal items and lunches stored within the fridge with items for the public. *Personal food items should be clearly identified and stored separately.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand wash sink had dish soap, and paper towels were available just not in a holder. *Soap for handwashing should be in a dispensing pump, and paper towel should be in a dispenser or holder. Have these items corrected.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?

      • Kitchen cabinet drawers were observed to have slips and debris. *Have and ensure these areas are cleaned, items within are cleaned, and then maintains these areas cleaned. *Have and ensure that cleaning and sanitation procedures are in place for the facility.
