- Comments Fridges keep food below 4°C. Hot holding exceeds 60°C. Dishwasher sanitizes above 76°C at the plate level. QUAT sanitizer for counters at 200ppm; barglass washer sanitizer > 12.5ppm iodine. Foods are dated, covered and stored correctly. Liquid soap, hot water and paper towels provided at designated handsinks. Ice machine is clean and sanitized. Temperatures are monitored and recorded daily.

Cracked bin lids have been discarded, Containers are no longer double stacked.
