Comments Fridges keep food below 4°C. Temperatures are monitored and recorded daily. Integrated pest management plan is posted and checked/initialed by staff. Liquid soap, hot water and paper towels are provided at designated handsink. QUAT sanitizer is at required concentration. Ensure compliance with City of Nanaimo scating vs. washrooms for public.
