      • Concentration of chlorine solution used for disinfecting surfaces in the OSC room was measured below 100ppm. Solution was discarded during inspection. Use chlorine solution at 200ppm and check concentration using a test strip. Mix a new solution for chlorine at least every 2 days.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • Alcohol based hand sanitizer was expired in 2022, hence no longer effective. Hand sanitizer bottle was discarded.Replace effective hand sanitizer.

      • Alcohol pads in the first aid kits had expired in December 2020.Replace alcohol pads immediately.

      • Interior surface of the microwave in OSC room was dirtyClean above-mentioned food equipment. Include cleaning of microwave in the routine sanitation schedule.

      • First aid kit had some expired products including alcohol wipes. Operator removed expired items. Ensure the first aid kits is full stocked with non-expired items.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • There was no bleach disinfectant solution made at the beginning of the inspection. Operator made a fresh batch of disinfectant solution during the inspection. Note: ensure the appropriate test strip for the disinfectant solution is used to accurately measure the concentration.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Toaster was filled with food debris.Clean above-mentioned food equipment and clean more frequently.
