      • **March 27, 2026 - The Drive Through handwashing station was now fully stocked with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels. The front counter handwashing was stocked with hot and cold running water, soap, but missing paper towels. **March 23, 2026 - Violation was still outstanding.The front counter sink is now designated for handwashing purposes, but no hot running water or paper towels were available. The drive through handwashing sink had hot and cold running water, but no soap or paper towels were available for handwashing.Please ensure corrective actions are taken and every handwashing sink is supplied with both hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels.

      • Prep table cooler was not maintaining satisfactory temperature. Supervisor onsite reported the temperatures were elevated earlier that day and the facility was using ice baths to keep food items cold. ACTION REQUIRED: service the prep table cooler.
