- Facility does not have adequate sinks for preparing/serving brewed coffee. Staff reported using the public washroom hand sink to prepare coffee.ACTION REQUIRED: install plumbed-in 1-compartment sink OR discontinue coffee sales. Please note: if you anticipate further changes to your menu (ex. offering hot foods), it may be beneficial to install a two-compartment sink to allow for changes in permit restrictions.

- Permit posted was outdated, not visible to the public, & displayed an outdated trade name. ACTION REQUIRED: Complete and submit the an application for a food handling permit (https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/frm-03298.pdf) to update facility trade name. Once completed, a new permit will be emailed to you. This must be printed and posted on public display.
