- Observed a gap alongside the bottom of the backdoor. - Replace weatherstripping/seal to prevent the entry of pests into the facility.

- Surfaces of some of the plastic food containers used for storage of hot foods were no longer smooth, easy to clean and sanitize. Please replace. All food equipment and utensils must be in a good condition and easy to clean and sanitize.
