      • QUAT sanitizer initially tested ~100 ppm. Sanitizer was re made and was 200 ppm. Please ensure staff are frequently testing the sanitizer to ensure it is an appropriate concentration.

      • Hand washing sinks in the kitchen were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. The staff washroom sink had ran out of paper towels. This was promptly replaced.

      • ** September 15, 2023: Facility currently has an infestation of flies, especially the food preparation areas. ** Contact a qualified pest control officer to address the fly infestation. As discussed, enhance the cleaning and sanitation plan of the facility. Surfaces and flooring, especially behind equipment must be cleaned routinely. Food should also be kept covered to prevent contamination. ** September 19, 2023: Significant flies were still observed in the facility, similar to last Thursday. Management updated me later in the afternoon that a pest control officer has now been contacted to address the infestation.
