- Food items stored in prep cooler and its inserts at the front preparation area were overly stocked beyond the maximum capacity of the containers.Ensure not to store above maximum capacity/fill line to maintain proper refrigeration.

- The surface of the topmost layer of a trolley observed beside the egg station was damaged and had grooves.- Repair/resurface or replace the trolley.Ensure that surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable.

- Glue board hanging underneath the TV was covered with black flies. Please do not place any board glue boards above the food handling areas. Remove glue board with black flies. Only placed glue boards non-food handling areas.

- 1) Front shelves were covered with self-adhesive plastic. Plastic was peeling off the shelves. Refinish the shelves. 2) Baseboard tiles missing in the kitchen.Fix the baseboards.
