- Large bucket used for the java mix is not fully submerged in the sanitizer solution. The three-compartment sink is not large/deep enough to fully submerge the bucket. All food equipment and utensils must be fully submerged in the sanitizer solution for 2 minutes to remove contamination. Ensure all food equipment can fit inside the three-compartment sink. Any food equipment that cannot fit or fully be submerged in the sanitizer solution should not be used.
