- At time of inspection:1. There were two (2) hand sinks that require some minor repairs on the faucet or soap dispenser. All sinks remain functional; however, they must be in good working condition at all times. The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure all hand wash stations are fully operational and contain hot and cold potable water, liquid hand soap, and disposable hand towels. Ensure there are no minor plumbing issues or difficulty retrieving liquid hand soap.

- At time of inspection:1. Some hand wash sinks (not all) were not producing liquid hand soap at the dispenser provided OR the dispenser was not sufficiently pumping soap when required. 2. Some hand wash sink basins and/or the faucets attached were not properly fastened.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Conduct an inspection of all hand wash sinks to ensure:A. All soap dispensers are in good condition and are easily capable of producing liquid soap when required.B. All sink basins and plumbed faucets are properly fastened.*****AT TIME OF INSPECTION, ALL ISSUES NOTED ABOVE REMAIN EXISTING, HOWEVER, THE OWNER / OPERATOR WAS ABLE TO GET ALL HAND SINK SOAP DISPENSERS TEMPORARILY WORKING BUT THEY DO REQUIRE REPLACEMENT.

- At time of inspection:1. The infant change table (within the family washroom) appeared to contain a suitable security strap, however, the table was not situated to the wall at a 90 Degree angle (i.e. the table was sloped downward towards the tile floor. It was later revealed (with the assistance of the owner / operator) that this device was not capable of being adjusted.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Contact the manufacturer of this infant change table to determine whether it can be adjusted properly. If this device cannot be adjusted, replace with one that is adjustable.In the meantime, please install an "out of order" sign on this device until it can be either repaired or replaced.******AT TIME OF INSPECTION, THERE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE AN "OUT OF ORDER" SIGN ATTACHED TO THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT (AS NOTED PREVIOUSLY). THE OWNER / OPERATOR STATED THAT THIS DEVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED BUT HAD THE SAME RESULT. THEREFORE, THE OWNER / OPERATOR INDICATED THAT THIS DEVICE WILL BE REMOVED TODAY.
