      • Chlorine sanitizer solution prepared in spray bottle was tested at 10 ppm.- Operator prepared a bleach sanitizer solution and concentration was tested at 100 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that sanitizer is prepared and tested regularly using the available test strips.

      • Packages of pepperoni meat were stored on the top shelves above pizza dough and vegetables in the walk-in cooler.- Ensure to place meat products to the lower shelves and have raw vegetables on upper shelves.
