A used eyebrow spoolie was found with the waxing tools. These items are single use and must be discarded after each client. The spoolie was discarded during the inspection.

- -1. There was no high-level disinfectant available at the salon. The operator indicated that they had purchased some from the supplier and will be picking up the product.2. Test strips for high-level disinfectant were expired. Please obtain new test strips. 3. No recent records of high-level disinfectant testing were available upon request. The last record the operator had was from early 2023, indicating that the high-level disinfectant is not being tested on a daily basis (bottle of expired test strips was full), and results are not being recorded.Please ensure the solution is being tested on a daily basis, and results are recorded if the solution is being reused for the 14-day reuse period. Alternatively, you may simply discard the solution after each use.
