    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • There was no soap in the change room shower. Refill soap.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • The anti-entrapment plan submitted was missing the following:1. Max pump flow rate.3. Model number, sump depth and pipe depth of new drain covers/sumps.4. CT response guide, chemical correction/responses, how to respond to a bad bacteriological sample, how to respond to pseudomonas, cleaning procedures and products.5. Whole pool schematics.
