- The clock by the whirlpool had the incorrect time and may not be working properly.

- The green anorak chair by the back door had a broken panel. There was some black biofilm or algae build-up on the pool deck. The pool area was very humid due to the hoarding in place for the water slide sump modification and standing water on the pool deck is not evaporating quickly.

- 1- The equipment in the mechanical room was not labelled. Label the equipment properly.2- A chemical paper bag was stored on the ground in the mechanical room containing swimming pool and whirlpool mechanical systems.Properly store the chemicals.3-One washroom was closed and sign was posted "out of order". Ensure the washrooms rooms are functional and adequately stocked.

- The reagents of the testing kit were expired. There was a new test kit provided by automated aquatics was present. Advised to start using new kit and send water chemistry results to PHI at the end of the day.-There was no retesting being done after making adjustment of pool water chemistry. Operator was advised to do retesting after adjustment of the parameters
