- Sixteen packs of Beatrice Unsalted Butter that require refrigeration is sitting in the dry storage room for an extended period of time. The internal temperature probed to be at 20.4C. The time and temperature abused food item was discarded during inspection.

- Fluff of dust observed at multiple locations throughout the facility example walk-in-freezer, over the canopy of the vent, wirings etc.. potential for these fluff to gain weight and fall on to food. Please clean the indicated area for safe and sanitary operation of the facility.
