      • Manager indicated the spray bottle labelled as "orange multi-purpose cleaner" contained sanitizer.Ensure chemicals are properly labelled to identify their contents.

      • Quat sanitizer test strips on site were discolored and no longer usable.Obtain new strips for checking the concentration of the quat sanitizer.

      • Paper towel dispenser at kitchen hand sink is broken and does not easily dispense.Obtain a new dispenser.
