      • Manufacturer's instructions for use (MIFU) must be available for all equipment. Microneedling MIFU was not available at the time of inspection. Please obtain and provide a copy for review.

      • Written procedures for skin preparation and aftercare were not available for microneedling service. Please develop and email a copy for review.       • The stack of paper towel for drying hands is being stored adjacent to the sink directly on the vanity.May 7, 2025: - Owner stated the wall mounted paper towel holder was still in progress.- Owner has the part available, but it needs to be mounted to the wall.Corrective Action:Ensure paper towel for drying hands is stored in a sanitary manner.

    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Handheld light therapy devices are "disinfected" with 99% alcohol. This is not an approved disinfectant.Corrective Action:Directed owner to use at minimum a low-level disinfectant to disinfect these as they are non-critical equipment (only come into contact with intact skin/hair).
