- The facility did not have QUAT test strips. Please purchase QUAT test strips for testing the concentration of your sanitizer solutions for dishwashing.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Staff member informed the inspector that they wash their hands in the bathroom directly beside the food prep area. Please use the two compartment sink method for cleaning and sanitizing dishes and designate the third sink for handwashing. Ensure the handwashing sink is equipped with liquid hand soap and paper towels.
