Operator stated that packaging containing the information was discarded. **Sterility assurance information (claim of sterility, lot number & expiry dates) for sterile equipment must be maintained with client records to support traceability and verification of sterile equipment.

- There were no disinfection testing records for the PREempt CS20 which is used over multiple days.**Disinfectant concentration was measured using manufacturer's test strips and a pass result was observed.**Disinfectants must be tested and documented daily if being re-used.

- The was no documentation available for sterile needles. Operator stated that packaging containing claim of sterility, lot number, and expiry date was discarded.**Discard all needles currently in use. **Obtain new sterile needles. **The claim of sterility, lot number, and expiry dates of all sterile equipment must always be available/accessible to demonstrate sterility and support traceability in the event of a recall.
