- Written procedure for the use of a dual-purpose sink was not observed. The sink in the room was being used for re-processing and handwashing. The staff adopted the AHS written procedure template during inspection.

- A porous neck pillow was observed to be re-used on the client's bed. The staff removed the pillow during inspection.Please note that client surfaces must be non-absorbent, smooth or easy to clean. Porous and absorbent surfaces or materials must be changed in between clients.
