Additionally, the thermometer in the toddler room lunch fridge was found to be in disrepair.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Adjust the preschool fridge setting and monitor with a secondary thermometer to ensure it drops to 4C or colder.2) Replace the broken thermometer in the toddler room fridge immediately.3) Implement a Daily Temperature Log where staff record fridge temperatures at the start of each day.
