- No chlorine test strips could be located onsite. - Please acquire appropriate test strips to ensure chlorine concentration used on surfaces and during dishwashing is adequate.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Paper towel at the hand sink is not in a dispenser. - Please ensure the paper towel is put into a dispenser.
- 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- Hot water was not working at any of the sinks at the time of inspection. Likely an issue with the breaker/pilot light on the water heater. - Please ensure all sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water.
