- Suzy's stand was selling cupcakes that contained whipping cream as a topping. Although the market had just opened at the time of the inspection, the vendor was advised that the cupcakes need to be stored in the cooler due to the presence of fresh dairy in the final product. Advised vendor to consider using icing sugar or another shelf stable alternative for whipping cream to allow for storage and display at room temperature.*The Market Manager later verified that the cupcakes were moved to the cooler after the inspection.
