      • There were mouse droppings and urine observed throughout the facility. Please ensure that all mouse droppings and urine are removed and safely cleaned. Please ensure that all areas are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly.Please ensure that all areas of the facility are organized and easily accessible to clean and monitor.

      • The bulk ingredients bins had a significant build-up of grime on them. Scoops were observed to have a build-up of food-debris on them.Bowls were being improperly used as scoops for bulk ingredients. Scoops were being improperly stored in the bulk ingredients.Please ensure that all bulk ingredients are provided with handled scoops, and that all scoops are stored either outside of the bulk bin or in a manner that prevents the handle from contacting the food. Please ensure that that the bulk bins are cleaned.

      • The chest freezers had a build-up of grime and food debris on them.The inside of the microwave had significant food debris and splatter.Please ensure the above equipment is cleaned.

      • There was significant build-up of grime on high touch points such as light-switches and door handles.Multiple walls were observed to have significant food splatter or grease build-up.The floor and baseboards behind the chest coolers had significant build-up of food debris and grease. The floor underneath the cookline had a build-up of grease and food debris. The back banquet room was disorganized and inaccessible for monitoring and cleaning. The back storage room was disorganized and inaccessible for monitoring and cleaning. Please ensure that the noted areas are cleaned and that all areas are organized and easily accessible to clean and monitor.
