      • A bottle of bleach sanitizer was measured around 50ppm. - Operator remixed a 100ppm bleach sanitizer

      • A food safe sanitizer was not available. Please prepare either a 100ppm chlorine (bleach) sanitizer or a 200ppm Quat solution for use in the facility.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • No dishwashing sinks were installed. Please install at minimum a two-compartment dishwashing sink in addition to the current hand washing sink to allow for dishwashing to occur. If you want to offer reusable customer utensils and dishes, then at minimum a three-compartment plus the hand washing sink is required.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Sanitizer test strips were not available. Please obtain the respective test strips for the surface sanitizer you choose to use to be able to test and verify the concentration
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand washing sink was not stocked with paper towels. Please ensure the hand washing sink is stocked with paper towels in a proper dispenser, liquid hand soap, and running hot/cold water.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A pest control monitoring program was not in place. Please implement a monthly pest control monitoring program.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Countertops had not been installed. Please install smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture countertops.
