- A food safe sanitizer was not available. Please prepare either a 100ppm chlorine (bleach) sanitizer or a 200ppm Quat solution for use in the facility.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- No dishwashing sinks were installed. Please install at minimum a two-compartment dishwashing sink in addition to the current hand washing sink to allow for dishwashing to occur. If you want to offer reusable customer utensils and dishes, then at minimum a three-compartment plus the hand washing sink is required.

- Sanitizer test strips were not available. Please obtain the respective test strips for the surface sanitizer you choose to use to be able to test and verify the concentration

- The hand washing sink was not stocked with paper towels. Please ensure the hand washing sink is stocked with paper towels in a proper dispenser, liquid hand soap, and running hot/cold water.

- A pest control monitoring program was not in place. Please implement a monthly pest control monitoring program.
