- The sanitizing solution in one of the kitchen spray bottles measured more than 200ppm chlorine. Solution was diluted to 100PPM chlorine. Corrected during inspection.

- One of the sanitizer spray bottles in the kitchen was unlabeled. Ensure that all containers of chemicals are clearly labeled to identify contents.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The front west hand wash sink did not have a paper towel dispenser.Install a paper towel dispenser at the front west hand wash sink.There was no soap at the hand wash station near the mop sink. Stocke with soap.

- Mouse droppings were noted on the floor around the hot water tank. Two mice were noted in the catch traps by the back door.Gap noted under the back door. Please repair. Ensure that exit doors are properly sealed to prevent pest entry.

- Food scoops were stored with handles touching the raw meat in the cooler. Store scoops with handles out of the food to protect the food from contamination.
