This makes the area not easily cleanable, prone to further damage, and possible for pest harborage.Correction:-Ensure service is arranged for grease ventilation unit.-Ensure floorboards, trims are repaired and/or replaced.

- Overall the general sanitation of the kitchen is poor.The floor and shelves in the "storage area" have obviously not been cleaned in some time.The shelves below the meat slicer have an accumulation of neglected items/equipment and food debris.The doors and handles on the pizza toppings prep cooler have old, dried food and grime on them.The upright, non-working "cooler" with no doors is disorganized and has food debris all over it.The staff table in the back area appears to have not been wiped down in a long time.The mixing bowl of a large unused mixer is being used a garbage can.There is NO reason for a commercial kitchen to be this dirty and disorganized.
