- Sanitizer buckets for cleaning clothes was not being used.Please ensure all cleaning clothes used for cleaning surfaces are stored in sufficient Lactic acid sanitizer solution bucket, to ensure the cleaning clothes are not a possible source of contamination. Sanitizer used is lactic acid. All sanitizer in spray bottles was confirmed to be 700ppm.Facility has lactic test strips that are not expired.

Please ensure all walls and ceilings are cleaned regularly and kept free of any debris that could potentially contaminate food products stored in the cooler.Vent filter plates require more frequent cleaning to remove grease and food buildup. Please ensure they are removed and thoroughly cleaned to maintain proper hygiene and functionality.
