- Observed sanitizing solution in the bucket was dirty. Operator prepared new sanitizing solution, which was measured to be at 100 ppm during the inspection. Chlorine test strips available at the time of inspection.*Replace sanitizing solution as needed to ensure sanitizer is effective.
