      • - Staff indicated client service beds are disinfected with a chemical that has no DIN or MDL issued by Health Canada- Observed PREempt RTU was expired since 2022.Ensure a low-level disinfectant with a DIN or MDL is obtained and used for disinfection.

      • Required tanning signages were inadequate. Requirements and signage website were discussed with staff.Ensure signages are printed and posted at the required locations; customer entrance doors, facing customer at point of sale, facing employees at point of sale and near the artificial tanning equipment.
