      • Observation(s): Accumulated water was observed on the floor around the three compartment dishwashing sink and dishwasher area in the bakery department. The operator acknowledged the leaking problem and has called for the service already. Please fix the leak. At the meantime, please mop the water up daily to prevent accumulating water at that area until the problem is fixed.
