      • 1. Explorers: Some toys were seen on the diapering table. Please remove them to prevent contamination.2. Bloomers: Mouthed toy bin was not available. Please place a dirty toy bin in the classrooms to separate dirty toys.

      • There are expired antiseptic/alcohol wipes in various first aid kits around the daycare (Explorers, Bloomers, Pretenders, Cruisers, Travelers, Innovators).Replace and replenish the wipes.

      • The storage closet for cots/beds upstairs in the Travelers room has a build up of debris on the floor and there is a missing baseboard along the wall.Clean and replace the baseboard.

      • The silver faucet on the green sink in the washroom located on the main floor is loose and not properly attached to the sink.Repair and ensure the faucet is in working order.
