      • During operation of the prep sink, small amount of liquid was observed discharging from the grease interceptor located beneath the sink.- Operator was advised to limit use of the prep sink until the issue is corrected.- Ensure grease interceptor is repaired or serviced. **March 16, 2026: Grease trap was cleaned March 13. As per operator, leakage issue still persists and technician has been scheduled. Facility had 'Do not Use' sign on the prep sink faucet.
