      • Facility did not have outlet covers in the shared room used for activities and lunch. Please ensure outlets are covered to prevent access to children

      • Bleach used as disinfectant was measured at 50 ppm. A concentration of 100 ppm is required.Please test bleach bottles throughout the day to ensure it remains at a concentration of 100 ppm.Operator mixed a new bottle of bleach to ensure concentration was adequate

      • A dishwasher occasionally used to wash toys did not have a sanitizing cycle. If a dishwasher is used to wash toys, it must be a model has a sanitizing cycle, NSF certified, and is tested by a health inspectorOperator agreed to manually wash toys

      • Bedsheets and linens were stored together on the coat hangers in the bathroom and in the far room. Personal items cannot be stored in the washroomsPlease removed the bedsheets and store them with the rest of the children's personal items.

      • Both BAS programs stored chemicals under the sink and were not locked. Store chemicals up high or lock cupboards.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Bleach solution onsite measured 0ppm. Ensure bleach is 100ppm and tested daily.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Toys are disinfected with quat or bleach weekly. Ensure toys are cleaned with soap and water then submerged in 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quat solution for 2 minutes.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Napping cots are stored with linens on the cots and stacked on top of each other. Ensure to remove linens before stacking.
