- Observation(s): 1) Do not use lemon scented bleach (laundry bleach) for sanitizing in the lounge. Bleach must be unscented and safe for use in food premises. Please remove the lemon bleach and provide standard, unscented bleach.

- Observation(s): 1) Health officer could not locate chlorine test strips for verifying the concentration of the bleach sanitizer, if there are strips, please disregard and I will remove the infraction. If not, please ensure test strips are provided, there were some noted in the concession that you may be able to acquire some from, if not, I will include a link to sites that you may purchase from. Please review and advise Health Officer.

- Observation(s): 1) Light ballasts require cover or sleeves require bulb guards to prevent shattering, (can be purchased at home depot and they slide over the bulbs). Repeat code from last year. Please ensure that light covers/bulb guards are provided by January 1, 2019.
