Please ensure that the cutting board is either resurfaced or replaced to prevent pathogen growth and mitigate the likelihood of cross contamination from occurring.June 16th, 2026 - owner informed inspector that they have purchased a resurfacing tool, they are just waiting for it to be delivered to them.
