      • Staff washroom must be equipped with a waste bin for disposal of paper towel after use.
    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Slushie machine equipment must be sanitized after being washed. Follow a wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry method.
