      • Contacted the pool operator and discussed the result of coliforms present. The operator has voluntarily closed the pool. Our office instructed to shock chlorinate the pool, rebalance and sample the water.

      • -At the time of inspection, some areas of the tile walls of the swimming pool basin were observed to still have visible buildup of black stain around the waterline area.Cleaning of the tile walls of the swimming pool basin has commenced; some areas have been cleaned but cleaning of the entire basin has not been completed.Please complete the cleaning of the entire tile walls of the swimming pool basin as soon as possible.

      • -Circulation lines in the mechanical room did not have clear labelling.Unlabeled circulation lines can create confusion during maintenance, repair, and emergency response situation. It can also lead to incorrect adjustments which can potentially affect water quality and safety of pool users.-Label the circulation lines in the mechanical room in a way that clearly shows, the function and direction of flow for easy and proper identification at all times.

      • -At the time of inspection, the tile walls of the swimming pool basin were observed to have visible buildup of black stain around the waterline area.Dirty basin can be a breeding ground for germs, which may affect pool hygiene and water quality overtime, posing a health risk to pool users.Please clean the walls of the basin walls to remove this buildup. A cleaning schedule should be created, followed and documented to prevent future buildup on the basin walls.
