      • It was observed that the back door weatherstripping is worn and degraded. There is a half inch gap below the door that will potentially allow pest access. Please repair the damaged door weatherstripping.

      • 1. It was observed that two open face coolers had a food holding temperature slightly above four Celsius. Stored cold foods shall be maintained at a temperature below four Celsius. Please make adjustments to the cooler temperature.2. It was observed that thermometers in the display coolers were not measuring an accurate temperature. Please replace these two thermometers.3. It was observed that two spatulas were damaged and broken. This is a potential physical food hazard, The operator disposed of the damaged spatulas during the inspection.

      • It was observed that the facility was not manually sanitizing kitchen ware during the three sink manual dishwashing procedure. Manual dishwashing was discussed with the facility manager and employee. A sanitizer was created, dishes washed, and the rinsed dishes allowed to sanitize for two minutes. Ensure to allow the ware to air dry.

      • It was observed that the hand sink faucets are extremely loose. Please ensure this equipment is tight, secure and in proper working order.

      • It was observed that soda beverage has leaked onto the walk-in cooler floor. Please clean this area now and on a routine basis.
