    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • 1. It was observed that the wrong sanitizer was being used in the kitchen area. During the inspection, the improper sanitizer was changed out for a proper concentration strength Quats sanitizer.2. It was observed the chemical bottles were not labeled as per contents. During the inspection chemical bottles were labeled.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • There is no thermometer onsite for checking cook and hot holding food temperatures. Please obtain a food thermometer for this task.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • It was observed that the hand sink did not have a means of drying hands after washing. During the inspection, paper towel was placed in the hand sin area.
