- Pool permit is not posted. Pool permit is to be posted in conspicuous location.
- 08. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
- Container being used for secondary containment for the acid is too small. Please provide a larger container that can hold the full contents of the acid barrel should it leak.
- 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- No sanitation plans or water quality response plans. These are required.The supervision and safety plan is not specific to the property; needs to be redone.Unsure as to how the information re: not using the pool if have had diarrhea in the last two weeks or those who should wear water-resistant swimwear is communicated to users. Was not on signage. Please put information on signage or provide how it is communicated to bathers in another way.
