- Some of the labels indicating what the product is have worn off on some of the bottles (e.g. nail polish remover). Please re-label the bottles as to their contents.The expiry date for the 7% AHP testing strips was partially worn off the bottle but appears the testing strips may be expired. Obtain new testing strips.

- No written procedures for client care if accidental cut nor for procedures for when applying cleanser before certain services (e.g. waxing). Please write down procedure and provide a copy.

- No testing strips for checking the high level disinfectant (CS20). Test strips are required as the solution is not changed daily. Obtain 7% accelerated hydrogen peroxide test strips. Test strips have been ordered.
