      • Diapering ointments were observed in the unlocked drawer in toddler room.Operator removed the diapering ointments and put them in top shelf inaccessible to children.

      • 1) May 25th, 2026: Concerns were noted regarding the cleanliness of the hard -to- reach area in room 1 and room 3.Transition strips in room 3 had buildup of dust.May 26th, 2026: Operator sent pictures showing that indicated areas have been thoroughly cleaned.2) May 25th, 2026:The caulking between the handwashing and back wall was wearing off in the room 1.May 26th, 2026: Received pictures confirming violation has been addressed.

      • 1. The caulking behind the larger hand wash sink in room 3 is chipping/peeling apart. 2. There are various chips and dents in the wall behind the sleeping cots in room 4.1. and 2. Please repair these areas so that they are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair.
